| Do you have a knight in shining armour? | | I can still remember when I was in highschool and I oftentimes write poems. I referred my love as my knight in shining armor. It is because i felt like I am a princess and my prince would be like a knight in shining armor who is always ready to save me.
Nowadays my knight in shining armor is my boyfriend who is with me for 3 years and 6 months. He was able to prove his might as a man in this relationship. He always treats me like a princess.
How about you?Who is your knight in shining armor?

| | My very own knight in shining armour. | | I just wanted to tell all about my partner i am so proud of him. Even tho he is disabled and in pain 24/7. He always goes out his way to help people.
For instant, we were getting in our car, ready to drive off the ferry when we went to Ireland on Thursday. The couple in the car next to us had a flat tire and you could tell it was a new car to them as they were not sure were everything was.
My partner jumped out of our car and went and helped them changed the wheel which they were very grateful for.
Even tho there was about 30 cars on the top deck not one other person offered to help.
Another time we were doing a car boot sale and my partner had gone to look at the other stalls he saw an old lady really struggling carrying a chest of drawers. Again there was lots of people about but not one ofered her a hand so he did.
My partner carried the chest of drawers to her car and helped her put them in the car. Again the old lady was very grateful and could not thank him enough.
He always tells me that he does it because that was the way he was brought up to always help people.
So resotre my faith in humamity and let me know what good deeds that you or someone you know have done...

| Are you your own Knight in Shining Armour? | | There are those who hunger from another, a sense of protection, sheltering, shielding and being cared for. And...there are those who automatically depend on their ownselves for a true sense of security. Then...there are those who are somewhere between the two...perhaps moving away from the "Knight in Shining Armour" illusion and toward the "I am" reality. Are you your own Knight in Shining Armour? In what way(s)are/aren't you? I am interested in reading MyLotters responses to this subject. It would be great to read from those who give the question some deeper-level thought and hopefully respond with at least one thought-provoking paragraph that will stimulate others to brainstorm the topic.Thank you in advance to those who seriously participate. | |
