They are quite popular even as a hair accessory to a degree. I don't wear them as I wear glasses normally and I don't see the need for the hassel of switching them around every time you go inside nor paying for prescription ones. My hubby has had the transition glasses at one point and said it got dark at times when you didn't want them too.

| | My sunglasses are still on my head!! | | I realized the other day that even though it was a rather dark and drizzly day I still had my sunglasses on my head. I wear them like a hair band. I have gotten into such a habit of doing this I put them on after brushing my hair when I am getting ready to go somewhere. | Wear Sunglasses? | | well sunglasses are meant to well, block out uv rays and sun. over the years it has become more of a fashion accessory than really blocking out sun. so what about you? do you wear sunglasses for the "cool" factor? or to protect your eyes from UV rays that can damage the eyes? for me, i wear them to minimize the sun's brightness. i have a tendency to squint a lot because of the sun, so i wear sunglasses to let my eyes relax. | |

| Sunglasses? how do you use it | | Hi and welcome to this discussion, do you use sunglasses? and what type? are they cheap or expensive? and did you know that it can also weaken your ability to filter the sunlight naturaly if used for too many hours a day over a long period of time, sometimes it is handy but too much can be harmfull, i see people in the morning with there sunglasses on, and think there realy is no need for it or is it just a trendy habit, i wonder, cheers and greetings from bignik | |

| What kind of shades or sunglasses do you have? | | Of course the huge dark shades are in for the ladies, personally i think they are the best sort for us girls, it huge so it makes the face more petite. I'm not sure what's in for the guys, but there are some shades that looks darn good on some guys, while there are shades that just makes them look.... in search of a better word..cheeky. As for those who actually wear blue or green shades.. i personally think its not so nice. It doesn't protect your eyes, and its weird. I have a pair of dark dark brown huge glasses. one huge benefit that i find with these huge sunglasses are that they cover the eye area completely, so when its really sunny, we're not stressing around the eye are, which is one of reducing wrinkles in future. what kind of shades do you like? and Dislike? any shades you seen on somebody that made them look super bad or good? | |
